Production Update!
We are pleased to announce that the award winning editor, Basil Shadid, will be joining the crew of Austin Unbound! Basil is the co-owner of being MEdia, a unique design and video production company, based in Olympia, Washington. He has already completed the first cut of Austin Unbound and is following a rigorous post-production schedule. Check back for more exciting developments!

Events!
Clackamas PFLAG will be hosting a discussion and screening of Austin Unbound at their monthly meeting on July 24th, 2007. ASL interpreters will be provided.

Austin Unbound was listed in the Spring 2007 edition of the Pride Newsletter.
Brand new, color fliers hit the streets of Portland in February. Peek in coffee houses along Alberta and Mississippi streets to find them. The Austin Unbound December 2006 Newsletter is available to download here or contact us to have it mailed to you.

Grants!
The Polk Family Charitable Fund contributed a total amount of $1,500 to the project in 2005 and 2007. For the 2007 grant cycle, the Equity Foundation awarded CONTINUED support with a grant of $2,250, a significant increase from the $500 grant awarded in 2006. In the Fall of 2006, $2,150 was awarded by the Pride Foundation. Each grant brings the project closer to completion.
